Medical Staff

DFAD Co. will provide doctors, nurses, ambulance drivers and other medical staffs for its clients when demanded. The staff provided by DFAD Co. shall have all the qualifications necessary to work at certain fields. The staff will take courses about their field of work and the type work they have to do.

They will practice teamwork for dealing with emergencies; each individual shall have their own duty when dealing with disasters. The staff will have their schedule of work determined by DFAD Co. clients; however, they shall be all available in case of an emergency. DFAD Co. is responsible for its staff to be present at their work field at all times and perform their duties as required. DFAD Co. shall periodically evaluate its staff, based on feedbacks from clients, employee commitment and efficiency.
